New GM
Recent events have caused me to reflect on how little time I am able to give this guild and Wow in general. Now more than ever the guild needs strong leadership from someone that is present, and able to give some time and energy to help rebuild and reshape Aspiration.
Aspiration has been part of my life for almost 14 years, and I think I have been GM for more than half of that time. I have gone from not playing much at the start to embracing raiding, and pushing hard, and then back to where I am now, where I simply no longer have the time to play as much as I would like.
This guild has always been rooted in strong values, and supportive of those that sometimes need help to become good players. - At times I pushed that focus too hard, and some people quit to raid without those that they felt held them back. More recently we have all pushed a little harder in raids, and we have had some higher expectations. That saw an increase in strong players , however eventually those players felt the need to work on harder content, and so moved on. Striking the right balance to please "most of the people, most of the time" is hard. Going beyond that is next to impossible.
I want to thank each and everyone that is, or has been a member of Aspiration, whilst I have been GM, and I hope everyone continues to enjoy the game, and support the guild under new management.
I will be passing over the GM role in the guild to Weffi, and will continue to support Weffi in any way required, whether that means staying on as an officer, or just making suggestions via /w if asked.
I will continue to play erratically as I seem to have done over the last few years.

TL/DR - Wffi is the new GM
